Just over a week ago, the Lord poured out a great blessing at our annual Lamb & Lion Ministries Conference. Such an event requires hundreds of hours of meticulous planning. Our entire staff has covered every aspect of the Conference in prayer for many months. Our hearts' greatest desire is always that God will be glorified and that no soul will leave unsaved.
Satan always attempts to aim his fiery darts at just the pivotal moment. His attempt this time was to cause a hiccup with the potential disaster of Jack Hibbs' sudden illness and absence. We immediately responded, praying, "Bevakashah"—"Please, Lord." Our hope was that Jack would be able to engage with us remotely. The Lord answered our prayer in a different way.
As some of you know, He sent Pastor Terry Cooper to offer a prophetic message of warning and challenge—just as He sent Old Testament prophets to warn Israel and Judah before He poured out His judgment. With our nation in freefall, the timeliness of Terry's message was absolutely God-ordained. And Christians must echo the same warning to those who flaunt their wickedness and others who have drifted far from Him: "Wake up!" (Revelation 3:2).
Even as thousands continue to watch our Nation in Freefall Conference online, we are already looking toward 2025 and formulating our next annual conference, should the Lord tarry. We will offer another tremendous opportunity to connect with like-minded believers as well as those precious souls who still wander in the darkness, looking for hope. But, we cannot do that without you.
This message includes a photo (above) of our youngest Conference guest, little two-month-old Sentry Garrett. As I prayed, this beautiful little baby represents yet another generation who will rise up, still longing for the Lord's appearance, if He stays His coming. Until Jesus does return, this Ministry will stand firm and faithful for the sake of our children, their children, and every generation.
The Ministry's total investment in this 2-day outreach event was approximately $180,000—over $150 per attendee! And yet, our registration fee was only $20, which covered preliminary fees and provided a box lunch for our attendees. Our goal is always to be a conduit of blessing even as we facilitated the proclamation of truth in an excellent manner worthy of our King.
Now, I am urging you to co-labor with us in this regard: help us invest toward next year. If you saw my closing presentation and final remarks, you know I take very seriously the privilege and responsibility of investing into the next generation. Our live and online audience included many young people—a steady increase we've noted over the past few years.
If you can, please help us cover our expenses for 2024 and ensure that our message of the Lord's soon return will continue to go forth until He comes.
