Lamb & Lion Ministries is a Bible prophecy ministry proclaiming the soon return of Jesus Christ and exists to serve the Church in its effort to win souls for Christ and to disciple those who accept the Lord. The ministry is non-denominational and serves this purpose as a para-church organization through its internationally broadcast television program “Christ in Prophecy,” Internet outreaches, teaching video and publications, and through conferences and outreach events.
As an Evangelical Christian non-profit media ministry, our employees must agree with the ministry’s Creedal Statement, be committed to the Pre-Millennial and Pre-Tribulational interpretation of Bible prophecy, and the proclamation of the message of the soon return of Jesus Christ.
Digital Media and Marketing Specialist (FT)
Purpose of Position:
Serves the Ministry on the Internet Outreach and Media teams by providing expertise in editing video and audio productions, updating the web and social media platforms, and executing digital marketing and social media strategies.

Reports to: Director of Internet Outreach/Internet Evangelist and Media Director/Minister
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and editing television programs, web videos, commercials, and marketing videos.
- Posting and updating digital content to the Ministry’s websites, store, and app.
- Aiding in maintaining current and new video and social media platforms.
- Implementing email and push campaigns by designing e-newsletters and event-based e-blasts.
- Optimizing web presence using SEO and other tools.
- Designing graphics for video and online content.
- Adhering to and optimizing our post-production workflow.
- Recommending digital marketing strategies that increase ministry awareness and engagement.
Qualifications Needed:
Required:
- Proficiency using Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Media Encoder
- Knowledge of codecs, frame rate, resolution/compression, and basic captions
- Archiving, organizing, and managing digital assets in a local media server
- Certifications in any of these fields: Video Editing, Web Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communication; or the equivalent experience
- 3+ years of editing video
- 3+ years of maintaining websites, apps, and social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for engaging, streamlined design
Preferred:
- Camera, in-studio and on-location setup, lighting a location
- Video streaming services
- Proficient using WordPress (+Elementor), HTML, CSS coding
- MailChimp or other email marketing platforms
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and digital content placement strategy
Commitment Required
A minimum commitment of 36 hours per week. Office hours will be available Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There will be occasional weekend and evening events required.
Location of Position
The job will be performed on-site at the home offices of Lamb & Lion Ministries in Princeton, Texas. This is not a remote position.
